Stop Worrying Instantly

Do you worry about your kids, whether they are 3 years old or 30? Do you worry that you’ll lose your job even though you are successful at work? Do you worry that you’ll flunk out of school even though your grades are high? Do you worry that you can’t trust people? Are you jealous of your spouse, your friends, your co-workers, your kids, wealthy people? Do you worry that you will lose everything you have?

Everyone has worries. Some of us are so used to worrying it just seems like a natural part of life. But it isn’t. You were not born to worry. You worry because you have a concern about which there seems to be no solution. You may tell yourself you are silly to worry, but that doesn’t stop you from worrying.

Where Does Worry Come From?

Worry comes from limiting beliefs. Some examples of limiting beliefs are: I’m not good enough, it’s my fault, I have to do everything myself, I’m the only one who does it right, I can’t trust anybody else to do it, nobody loves me, nobody likes me, I’ll never have enough money, stuff, etc., I’m powerless, I’m stupid. You can probably identify with at least one of these, and even more have likely come to mind.

Well, good news! You can get rid of your limiting beliefs instantly. In my last blog post I promised to reveal how I resolved the limiting beliefs that contributed to some major problems of my own.

A New Paradigm

Because mass consciousness is constantly evolving due to changes in universal energy, instant healing is now available to us. I’m going to share a process with you that has helped me change my life. I don’t have many worries any more, and when one comes forward for me, I use this process to completely eliminate it from my life.

I call it the I Am Statement because it reinforces your innermost being by reminding you of who you really are, and it dissolves the beliefs that do not reflect your soul’s wisdom.

The process is simple and easy, but very powerful. You simply repeat the statement I will share with you that is the truth about who you are despite the confusion you are currently experiencing. You may call it a mantra if you like that point of view.

The Process

First, identify the limiting belief you want to release – let’s say, “I’m not good enough.” Feel the tension of it in your body. Where is it? Is your stomach tight? The back of your neck? Are you starting to get a headache? Now set your intention to release the belief. For example, “It is my intention to clear the belief that I’m not good enough.”

Then, repeat the following statement:

“I am the master of consciousness, co-creator god full of light, love, and joy, guided from within, one with all that is, I am Sat Nam.”

Think about not being good enough. The feeling will be gone.

What does Sat Nam Mean?

SAT NAM (pronounced like “but mom”) is the most basic mantra used in Kundalini yoga. Mantra means the projection of the mind. SAT NAM is called the seed or bij mantra. If you are like most people, you will find hundreds of limiting beliefs you have been believing up to now. Just declare your intention to clear the belief and repeat the I Am Statement each time you encounter a worry or any type of emotional issue.

There is another way to do this process called Kinesthetic Associative Reprogramming, and it is the way I first learned to do it. Use the same intention and statement, but this time have someone test you with Applied Kinesiology before you set your intention. For example, say “I’m not good enough,” and have someone test you. You will test weak. Clear the belief with the I Am Statement, say the limiting belief again, and have someone test you. You will test strong.

The reason I modified the process and changed the name of it is that I don’t always have someone available to test me, and I know this is true of others as well.

Using Applied Kinesiology in this process demonstrates that our negative beliefs weaken our physical body. A positive mindset is essential to good health. Physical illness begins in the mind long before it manifests in the body.

By the way, if you don’t believe the I Am Statement or Kinesthetic Associative Reprogramming will work, just do the process on that belief. You will be glad you did.
