Personal Years – Your Future Revealed

An important part of your Chaldean Soul Chart is the Personal Years section, showing you a 9-year cycle. This section is part of the Cycles section of your chart, and provides a look into your future, year by year. In this post, I’m going to show you how to calculate your personal years, and I’ll share some of my experiences with personal years.

This is a pretty long article, but it’s because of two things; the directions on how to calculate your personal years, and the interpretations of the numbers. So hang in there. It’ll go fast.

Our Personal Year numbers reveal our future in the form of trends that will dominate during their influence. Your personal years flow as naturally as breathing, and bring you experiences that keep you on track with your life purpose.

When you resist the influence of your personal years, you experience feelings like frustration, you’re stuck, struggling, working hard trying to make things happen. It’s like trying to swim upstream against a powerful current.

Your personal year always begins on your birthday and ends on the day before your next birthday. You may sense your personal year influence moving in up to three months before your birthday. During this transition time, you might feel confusion, irritability, impatience or a lack of direction if you aren’t aware of what’s happening.

Calculating your personal year is easy. But there are some things you need to know before you start.

  • Use the calendar year to calculate your personal year (in numerology it’s called the Universal Year – this year it’s 2014).
  • If you were born between the months of January and June, use the current universal year to calculate your personal year.
  • If you were born between July and December, use the next universal year. For 2014, use 2015.

 Here’s how to calculate.

  1. Write down the number of the month you were born and reduce it to a single digit, if necessary.
  2. Write down the date you were born and reduce it to a single digit, if necessary.
  3. Add the sums of these two numbers together and reduce to a single digit, if necessary.
  4. Add the digits of the universal year together and reduce to a single digit, if necessary.
  5. Add the sums of steps 3 and 4 together and reduce to a single digit, if necessary. If this sum is a Master Number (11, 22, 33) do not reduce to a single digit.

 Example 1 for 2014: June 28

 June = 6

  1. 28 =  2 + 8 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1
  2. 6 + 1 = 7
  3. 2 + 0 + 1 + 4 = 7
  4. 7 + 7 = 14 = 5, Personal Year number for June 28 in 2014

Example 2 for 2014: November 18

  1. November = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2
  2. 18 = 1 + 8 =  9
  3. 2 + 9 = 11 = 1 + 1 = 2
  4. 2 + 0 + 1 + 5 = 8
  5. 2 + 8 = 10 = 1 + 0 = 1, Personal Year number for November 18 in 2014

If you calculate your personal years for a full 9-year cycle, you’ll see how the rhythm of personal years works. Each year prepares you for the next. Each year builds upon the experiences of the previous year. With each nine-year period, you gain more experience and develop more strength and wisdom if you follow the path your cycles indicate.

You can compare personal year cycles with your spouse, children, friends or co-workers. Understanding how your personal year cycles compare and contrast helps improve relationships. You can support each other on a deeper level knowing the influences that are present in the lives of your loved ones and the people you work with.

For more help in understanding how your cycles work, calculate the previous 9 years to see how they played out.

Here are the interpretations for each number. These interpretations are short because of space considerations. There is more detail in my book.

Number          Interpretation

1                 The beginning of a new cycle, this will be a year of initiating; starting new projects, making new plans, meeting new people, taking the lead, following your own instincts and intuition.

2                 This is a year for cooperation, partnerships, working in harmony with others, and creating peace within and without. Your feelings and psychic abilities are emphasized.

3                This is a year for branching out; social activities, self expression, promotion, and creativity. It is a time to enjoy the lighter side of life;  entertaining, going out with friends, getting involved in the creative arts.

4                This is a year for building, for creating routines and systems, for patiently attending to details, for creating a solid foundation that will serve you for years to come. It is a demanding year that requires self discipline.

5                This is a period of change, freedom, movement, activity of almost any sort. It’s a time of adjusting to new things, a time of expansion, and a time of learning to let go. Changes are new opportunities for growth.

6                Your attention will be on home, family, and health. There will be family responsibilities. There could be health issues. You may become more involved in your community. It’s a good year to get married.

7                This is usually a quiet year, as the vibration is one of introspection, study, research, regrouping, and reevaluating. Allow developments to unfold for you rather than trying to force them. Allow time to be alone. Being out in nature will soothe and refresh you.

8                This can be a dynamic year with lots of energy for dealing with material things and money. It is a good year for business success. Use good judgment, exercise your leadership, be efficient and practical, and think big.

9                As the last year in the cycle, this is the year of endings. You could be ending relationships or a job, cleaning out your old stuff, or changing old attitudes and habits. You are letting go of things that no longer serve you.

11/2             This is an illuminating, inspiring year full of high energy and deep sensitivity. It is a time of evaluating your motives and ethics. Your interests will be in metaphysical, spiritual, or scientific exploration.

22/4             This is the year to put your ideas into action. Think big. Go after your dreams. Build something that serves mankind. This is not the year for purely personal goals.

33/6             This is a year for unselfish service and communication. You will be involved in carrying out responsibilities and duties to friends, family, and community. Share the love – fun is important, and a good party is a source of happiness for everybody.

I’d like to share some of my experiences with you to give you a feel for the way personal years work. My personal year for 2012-13 was #6. Three big things happened that correspond to the #6 influence.

  •  I became a volunteer at our local arts center. I get to immerse myself in the art world, and I began to paint and draw again after being away from it for too many years.
  • I had the worst cold of my life. I couldn’t work for a month, and a friend pointed out that it was my work that was making me sick. Letting go of some limiting beliefs about work has helped me begin to transform my career. It has brought me the freedom to experiment and try new ideas.
  • I learned that a cherished family member has cancer. She is in a #9 personal year, the year of endings, a time for her to let go of people, things, and beliefs that are no longer serving her. It is a life-changing experience for everyone in our family, and we are supporting her for complete recovery.

Last June, I made the transition into a #7 personal year, a time of seeking truth and  looking inward. I am enjoying time alone – living in a cocoon and loving it. I’m developing research I began years ago, working on new ideas, improving my skills and re-evaluating my goals. This month, the universal year number, 2014, became the same as my personal year number, and I’m feeling the double influence.

Whether we see our personal year experiences as good or bad, the most important thing is to use them all as opportunities for growth and loving support for ourselves and others.

Have your say! Do your numbers and let us know what you come up with. Questions? Just ask.

Live your purpose, love your life!

Hidden Passion, Abandoned Dreams – Part 3

The Fun Begins

I finally discovered a school for psychic development that I trusted would not try to control and manipulate me, the Americana Leadership College, whose approach was grounded in practicality and whose experience-based curriculum included self growth in addition to training in psychic awareness. I was affiliated with this school for ten years as a student, a lecturer, a counselor, and a teacher. I eventually went out on my own and developed my spiritual teaching and counseling practice.

In spite of all my experience in spiritual growth and psychic development, I longed to find my purpose in life. It never occurred to me that I was already living it by pursuing my passion. I thought that my purpose had to appear as a bolt of lightening striking at a moment of inspiration, revealing a vision of words etched in fire containing specific instructions that would tell me exactly what to do. Or something like that.

Having been beaten down most of my life, I had an almost non-existent sense of identity. Later I would understand that it was my inability to see my innate value that prevented me from recognizing that I was, indeed, living my purpose.

It was when I re-discovered Chaldean numerology that my challenges were revealed in a way that showed me how to resolve them and helped me stop beating myself up because of them. It was my Main Challenge – the number 1, a low level of self worth – that prevented me from seeing myself as a worthy person deserving of the best this world has to offer.

I learned to see this condition as a lesson I had chosen for my greater good. If I resolved it, I would have a Master’s degree in Self Worth. Having people in my life who belittled me was a way to keep this lesson in front of me until it became so irritating I would finally deal with it – kind of like an in-grown toenail. Having these people in my family was my way of ensuring that I couldn’t ignore it.

As my sense of self worth and self love increased, I learned to let go of anger and stand up for myself calmly and confidently. It wasn’t easy, but the alternative was even harder on me. My experience changed my opinion of dysfunctional families, which I talk about in my book. I now believe that there is no such thing; every family has a function, even if it’s an unpleasant one.

On a positive note, the numbers showed me why I was attracted to the visual arts and spiritual seeking. These were the numbers that pointed out my strengths. In these numbers, I saw that I was born a creative person who thrives on inspiration and exploration, not only of the mind, but the soul. My exploration would be done in unconventional ways – going beyond what psychology and religion could offer.

Talk about coming home! My sense of self worth increased. For the first time in my life, I felt appreciation for myself. Because of the powerful healing I experienced with it, I incorporated Chaldean numerology into my psychotherapy practice.

My desire to learn more about the mind and the soul drove me to seek more education. I received certification from The Crystal Awareness Institute in Crystalotherapy, which consists of using rock crystals to heal the body and the spirit, a branch of what is known today as Energy Medicine. I became certified as a Transformational Breath Facilitator by the Transformational Breath Foundation, which allows emotional issues to be healed without the trauma so often present in other types of work. I realized a long-standing dream when I received a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica, a center for the study and practice of spiritual psychology, and may be the first school of its kind in the world. I had waited more than 30 years for a school with a soul-centered approach to psychology whose teachings I could incorporate into my psychotherapy practice.

Imagine living a life of exciting possibility – a life of joy, accomplishment, and fulfillment – a life in which you no longer fear your challenges, but understand them as lessons  which will open you up to greater levels of inner and outer success.

Discovering your purpose isn’t always easy, but it’s as simple as following your dreams. If you are unsure, insecure, or hesitant, as I was, Chaldean numerology will reveal the little instruction book of life you brought with you, encoded in your name and birth date.

I remember the years of emptiness, drifting from day to day with no sense of direction. I’m grateful those days are behind me now. Life has become an exciting adventure for me. I’m still exploring, still learning, but now I know where I’m going, and I’m enjoying the journey.

I’m proud of my e-book, You Were Born to Succeed: Finding Your Purpose through Numerology. It was a challenge and a labor of love, and the best way I could think of to share with people all over the world how powerful you become when you bring forward the wealth of gifts you were born with. If you are living a life of someone else’s dreams, download my e-book and discover who you really are. You were born to succeed, and you deserve to live the life of your dreams.

Live your purpose, love your life!

Your Life Purpose

Knowledge will make you free

Whether you realize it or not, your life purpose is the most important thing in your life. Living the purpose you were born for is more important than anything else you will ever do.

Perhaps you are one of the few who knows what their purpose on earth is – who knows who you are and why you are here. For most of us, the knowledge of our purpose has been buried under the shoulds, musts, do-as-you’re tolds, the hurts and misunderstandings we picked up in childhood.

I was one of those. Even though I was fulfilled in my career, I knew there was something missing. I needed to go deeper, offer more, but I couldn’t put my finger on what “more” was. My family relationships were challenging, to say the least, and my self-confidence was pretty low. A part of me felt lost in spite of my success.

I have always been fascinated by the occult, and have done research into many of the occult sciences. I had an inner knowing that there was value and wisdom in these little-known disciplines, even though they were a source of fear for many people. During my research, I came across Chaldean numerology, the original source of numerology, as far as we know. It is named after the Chaldeans, part of the ancient Sumerian civilization that sprang up in the Tigris-Euphrates valley about 6,000 years ago.

True to my habit of using myself as a guinea pig, I calculated my Chaldean numerology chart and was astounded by the results. All my vague inner longings were vividly revealed as innate strengths in my spiritual nature, validating the dreams I’d had all my life that had been judged impractical and useless by my parents and other authority figures who didn’t understand. That in itself would have been enough for me to celebrate. But there was more. I saw my past, present, and future. I saw that the abuse I experienced in my childhood was part of my unique learning process; for the first time, I new where to start to heal my hurts. I was so impressed with this that I incorporated numerology into my psychotherapy practice.

I could go on about my amazing experience that day, but the important thing is that I developed a way to structure a chart that contains all the directions we need to live a life of  meaning, purpose, and positive impact. Who says life doesn’t come with an instruction book?

If you have read my blog pages, you know about my book and my private consultations that help you re-discover the purpose you were born for. If you are one of the many whose purpose is buried under a pile of negative beliefs like mine was, I invite you to consider buying my book or booking me for a private consultation.

You are the most important person in the world to yourself. Living your purpose heals you and heals the world.

Ack! A Big Joke on Me!

Today a huge truth was revealed to me with great force. For months now, my guardian angels have been suggesting that I delete a big chunk of old data from my flash drive. So I deleted some files.

Then my flash drive started acting up – sometimes connecting and sometimes not. And I’ve been thinking I should transfer the data on it to another flash drive, but never took the time. So yesterday it quit altogether – the actual drive – the USB port is working fine.

In the middle of all the testing I was doing (just to make sure the drive was really dead) the flash drive in my head came on and I realized that this was the real deal – my files were gone. However, instead of having a panic attack about this, I started laughing. I laughed and laughed, even though some of those files were important and I would have some major rewriting to do.  (Significantly, the only file that survived was my journal, only because I had to save it on my desktop yesterday since, unbeknownst to me, that was when my flash drive ultimately gave up).

On a different, but related note, it would now be appropriate to warn you that the name of this blog will soon be changed (for the umpteenth time). I haven’t 100% made up my mind about the new name, but it will reflect the transition I’ve been going through the past few months (thus, the absence of articles) both personally and professionally. Nothing radical, but an important shift in emphasis to Life Purpose, with  numerology as the means to its discovery.

I love empowering people to live the purpose they were born for, and I love every time I get a notice that someone has purchased my book. It really thrills me that this person is about to embark on an exciting, life-changing journey of challenge and fulfillment.

I also love doing personal Chaldean Soul Profiles. I love introducing people to their spiritual selves. I love the “Wow” response as we talk about the powerful qualities that make them unique; about the talents that enable them to create the life of their dreams. I love sharing with them how to use their challenges to grow into the powerful individuals they were meant to be.

There are many ways to discover your life purpose. Chaldean numerology is the simplest, quickest way I have found to re-discover who you really are.  You will choose the way that is best for you. The important thing to me is that you do it. You deserve to live a life of enjoyment and fulfilling achievement.

So go ahead. Is there anything in your life that you don’t need any longer? Anything you can delete from your files or give or throw away? Maybe you will be more courageous than I was. Maybe you’ll clean all your old stuff out before the universe steps in and causes a major eruption.

Why Isn’t The Law of Attraction Working?

By Andrea Mathews

This article is from OM Times magazine. I just had to share it with you because so many people are asking this question. Do you know who you really are? Share your thoughts with us!

law-of-attraction_OM-TimesWhen the law of attraction first came into public awareness approximately 20 years ago, with the writings of Ester and Jerry Hicks and Rhonda Byrne, the thinking was that if you thought positive thoughts, you would attract positive things into your life.  This notion was taken very seriously, to the point that many started consciously watching each thought and each word, lest it produce negative consequences. But after a while people began to realize that this wasn’t really working.

So, it was thought it best to include emotions into the paradigm.  Now we were not only to think positive but we were to feel positive as well.  Well, it turns out that that didn’t work so well either, so then we started exploring the deeper regions of the psyche for that saboteur.  The shadow was now the culprit who was keeping us from fulfilling our dreams. But since we didn’t know much about how to work with the unconscious, we sought out healers who were to cut the chords to that old dark material and we would then be free, finally to work our vision boards and affirmations so that our dreams would finally come true. But alas, because in order to work with unconscious material we have to make it conscious, that didn’t work either.

So, what is the problem?  It is possible that the whole thing is just unfounded? Well, before we throw the baby out with the wash, we might want to consider the possibility that we need to revise the law. And if we are going to do that, we might want to find out if the soul is really in agreement with the way we are taught to work with this law. For if the soul is actually in charge and the soul doesn’t want to work the way the law of attraction has us working, then the law is not going to work.

Well, it turns out that the soul is in charge and we are not meant to be striving moment-by-moment to bring home the bacon of that financial windfall or that big house in the mountains.  That’s just not what it’s all about.  It’s about the soul.

The soul’s efforts are always fruitful. That old Bible scripture: My word shall not return to me empty” found in Isaiah 55:11, tells the real story. The soul will accomplish all that it incarnates to accomplish in a given lifetime. And what the soul wants is for us to come to know ourselves as the divine beings we are.  It wants us to get in touch with the deepest essence of who we are as Divine Self. And that’s its only intention.  Why?  Because once upon a time, in a faraway land, long ago, we all took on the duality trance state as our way of seeing ourselves. Because form was created by formlessness, and because every creative endeavor involves the perpetuation of infinite possibility, form asked itself–am I now separate from formlessness, since we appear to be so different?

We’ve been trying to answer that question ever since. So, our entire journey–incarnation after incarnation–is all about finally coming back to the place where we recognize form and formlessness as One.  When we do finally unite form and formlessness in our conscious experience, the entire Universe will change and shift into the next stage of evolutionary soul desire.

So, we are not attracting based on our conscious efforts to think positive thoughts and feel positive feelings–an exercise in repression.  And we are not attracting based on our efforts to march into the unconscious wearing our army boots and kicking over the gravestones of unresolved issues so that we can kick out any “negative” thoughts and feelings that might arise from that issue–a further exercise in more repression.

Rather we are attracted to and by all of those people, places, events, circumstances and relationships which will bring us to closer and closer awareness of who we are as divine beings–form united with formlessness as conscious experience. Everything that occurs in our lives is brought about for that one reason–so that we can come to know who we really are, below all the masks and costumes of survival.

We can relax then into the flow of life and trust that we are always getting there.  We can stop trying to push the river by demanding that the Universe comply with our silly little bargains that IF we think only positive thoughts, and feel only positive feelings, THEN we will get everything we want in life.  We are getting everything our souls want constantly and we live in an ever evolving loop of soul desire and fulfillment. So, the question isn’t how can I fulfill my dreams for the external to make me happy. The question is, “Who am I really?”  And the answer isn’t to strive after a totally positive mind and totally positive feelings so that the Universe will come into compliant with our dualistic version of life. The answer is to be still, step into the stillness, step into the silence of beingness to find out who we are.

Happy I

Br'er Rabbit and the Tar-Baby, drawing by E.W....
Br'er Rabbit and the Tar-Baby, drawing by E.W. Kemble from The Tar-Baby, by Joel Chandler Harris, 1904 (Photo credit: Wikipedia)

I titled this article “Happy I” because I may write Happy II, Happy III, etc. “How to be happy” is a search occurring 55,600,000 times each month on Google. In understatement, it seems many want to be happier.

Something’s Gotta Give

2012, a number 5 year, brings forward issues and opportunities around freedom, of casting aside the structures that have limited our inspired vision. This is a year of possibility, of openness and adventure. Many of our mental structures are beginning to crumble, cracks are showing up in our emotional walls. Our immediate response is to try to shore those walls up again, but it doesn’t work, and this makes us unhappy. We feel stuck.

To reap the freedom and possibility of the number 5, we need to let go of what is holding us back. We need to allow ourselves to jump off our mental cliffs and fly like eagles; or to put it less dramatically, to move out of our comfort zones. Many of us are caught between a rock and a hard place. We are afraid to move forward, but if we stay where we are we’re stuck like Br’er Rabbit to the tar baby.

Personal Experience

Not surprisingly, I’ve been feeling hemmed in, fenced in, stuck, and tied down; uninterested, unenthusiastic, tired, and bored. I’m still functioning, still enjoying life somewhat, but missing out on real fulfillment. So I decided to let go; of what, I wasn’t sure. I turned the matter over to my spiritual guides, and things began to happen.

My behavior began to change from negative to positive with respect to certain fixed ideas. I was led to a chakra assessment online, and it was a doozy. I am using my crystals to balance and heal my chakras now, and my enthusiasm level is going up daily. I found a book in my library that I’ve had for a couple years but had never read. In it are questions that point like radar to the issues that hold the key to elevating my joy quotient. My answers astonished me. I didn’t realize I how trapped was in some of the old habits of my past.

Breaking Through

I want to share with you the insightful questions that jolted me out of my doldrums. They are from the book, “Quantum Success,” by Sandra Anne Taylor.

  1. Generally speaking, what are the things you’re most conscious of – that is, what do you tend to think about the most? Are you more conscious of what you have or what you lack?
  1. What’s your most important career goal? How much time do you spend each day consciously focusing on its success?
  1. What’s the most prevalent habit, pattern, or even addiction in your life? How much time do you spend each day engaging in this habit? How conscious of it are you when you’re not doing it?
  1. Do you tend to focus more on the positives of your day or the problems that come up? Does your thought process tend to be more negative or positive?

What will your answers reveal to you?

Transformation and Possibility

The cliché is true: happiness is an inside job. Feelings like being stuck, depressed, discouraged, etc., are not bad things. They tell us that something is wrong inside ourselves and that we have the power to change. We have a choice to remain where we are or take the leap into a new way of living.

Everyone has his/her own answers. If you are experiencing symptoms of stuckness, you may want to consider turning your frustration over to your spiritual Source. How exciting it could be to allow new perspectives to unfold, in the perfect way for you, according to your highest good.

Now that I’ve gotten a start, I’m looking forward to experiencing more freedom and possibility in my life as I clear out the obstacles to my success. The most astounding revelation for me is that, as I pursue this healing path, I am led to live my purpose in deeper and more exciting ways than I can imagine.

Whatever your path is, you can, too.

Live your purpose every day.

Exorcism and Soul Releasement

Darker Drabble: Medical Exorcisms
Darker Drabble: Medical Exorcisms (Photo credit: Eexlebots)

What is exorcism?
A definition of exorcism by the Free Online Dictionary says exorcism is a ceremony to expel an evil spirit from a person or place. Most Christians know exorcism through the Catholic church as a violent and frightening process. Other Christian religions such as Pentecostals and other charismatic groups also practice exorcism. It has been practiced for centuries worldwide in Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam, and among tribal cultures.

In the Christian religion, the key concept in exorcism is that an entity who has taken over a person’s body is an evil demon and must be removed forcibly. This creates a battle between the “demon” and the exorcist(s), each side determined to show the other who is right. When the “demon” is finally expelled from the body, it is made to swear an oath or commanded to depart rather than being directed to a specific destination. It seems the person, now freed from influence, is not given any counsel about how to remain free of outside influence in the future.

I have never worked with “demons,” but in counseling a client once, I saw a group of violently angry entities waiting for her, and I knew that if she continued on the path she had been pursuing, she would eventually meet up with them. She had been hurt so deeply by an important person in her life that she was unwilling to forgive, and she was on her way to being taken in by this group.

Soul Releasement
A more recent method of dealing with disembodied spirits involves seeing them as confused souls who need healing rather than as evil entities. While soul releasement was part of my metaphysical training, other psychotherapists, such as Dr. Edith Fiore, developed their own methods of freeing confused souls as a result of surprise encounters during psychotherapy sessions. Dr. Carl A. Wickland was a pioneer in the field of abnormal psychology who practiced soul releasement with much success. Dr. William J. Baldwin called the process he developed spirit releasement therapy. The process goes by different names, depending on who developed it, but it is conducted basically the same way with minor variations.

How It’s Done
I conducted many soul releasement sessions (which I call entity release) in my practice of psychotherapy, so I’ll share with you the way I did it. My first priority was to determine that my client’s disturbing feelings were due to a possession and not something else. Next, I began working with the attached entity, either through a psychic medium or through my spiritual guides. My client was a witness, and not a participant in this part of the process, although I would check with my client from time to time to see how s/he was relating to what was occurring as I worked with the entity.

To begin, I asked the entity to identify itself, tell me why it was with my client, and what it wanted. After clarifying this information, I let the entity know that it had passed on and no longer had a physical body. I let the entity know how it had been negatively influencing the client, and that it was time to go on to the next step in its evolution.

Sometimes the confused souls were unwilling to move on. They may have felt frightened or angry or that the client needed them for protection, so I would address their concerns. After resolving their concerns, I would introduce them to their own spiritual helpers, who were prepared to take them to the light, where they would be lovingly welcomed.

Once it was established that the entity was willing to go, I asked the entity and my client if there was anything they wanted to say before leaving. Usually there was forgiveness given and received, or love and reassurance expressed, then goodbyes, and the entity would go into the light with its spiritual helpers.

The sessions were emotional for the client and the entity; sometimes the attachments were due to misguided love. Whatever the attachment was about, healing always occurred. This was the reward for me. I had the fulfillment of witnessing healing of my client, as well as of the formerly attached entity. The final step was to regroup with my client, coaching him/her on how to stay clear of further attachment and how to alter the habits that had attracted the entity.

The most important thing about conducting this non-confrontational type of soul release is that spirit conducts the session. The facilitator never gets emotionally involved with the entity and is guided by spirit through every step of the process. If an entity becomes difficult, it is important to allow the spirit guides to handle the situation. I remember an entity visiting me several days before a scheduled session.

I noticed him in my house, floating near the ceiling, and at first he seemed threatening. I eventually realized he was afraid of losing his attachment to the physical, as he knew about the impending session, and was checking me out. I did not address the entity directly, but told my spiritual helpers I was willing to allow him to observe me, and I wanted them to see that he did not try to influence me in any way. He left my house after a couple of days, and the session for his release went smoothly and easily.

Soul releasement is perfectly safe when it is conducted in an organized, step-by-step manner. Providing a safe structure gives the confused soul boundaries and the security it needs to engage in the process.

The next, and last, article in this series will be a kind of summary and will talk about the symptoms of influence by a disembodied spirit.
